Shipping and Delivery

We pack our Artwork with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can.


  • Giclee prints are rolled with thick paper to protect from damage before being packaged in our special thick plastic tubes.
  • Calendars, Agendas and Coffee Table Books  are packed in sturdy cardboard packaging to protect the material(s) from damage.
  • Acrylic Glass items are packed securely.

Please Note:

  • In our Artwork-order confirmation email we will inform you about the  Art-reproduction processing times. 
  • All of our Artwork items to all destinations are shipped with a trackable method.
    To most European countries are also shipped with tracking.

'On demand' Order Processing time
The order processing time for Giclee Fine Art Prints is 2 weeks.
The order processing time for Calendars & Agendas is 2 weeks.
For Acrylic Glass Artwork it is 3 weeks.
All our Artwork is On demand/custom-made in Limited Editions.

Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by All orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on our webshop.

Rights of Return
We are committed to quality products. Damaged Goods:
If your Artwork arrives damaged, email us a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping container to Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the damage. Please send your request within 14 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. 

Delivery Europe

International Shipping

Cost of delivery
Cost of delivery is the amount paid by you packaging and shipment of the good(s) to your designated shipping address (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method). We do not refund the cost of delivery for serviced items, all of which are custom-made to order. Serviced items include all fArtwork items. To qualify for a refund of the cost of delivery (if applicable), you must return the goods within 14 days of your request of a refund.

To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or wooden crate and include the completed Return Instructions form located on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We ask you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
